Chendol
Cendol (pronounced as Chendol) is one of Melaka’s most famous desserts,
perfect for cooling off from a day in town. The dessert mainly consists of shaved ice, coconut milk, and
starch green pandan noodles, topped off with palm sugar, known to locals as gula Melaka. Among the most
popular places for cendol is the Jonker Dessert 88 museum cafe, located on Jalan Hang
Jebat.
